We start with  100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a healthful polyphenol count of 328 and infuse it with lemon extract oil.  Great jump start for salad dressings or as a dip (particularlyl with our No-Salt Seasoning) or drizzled over vegetables to sweet potatoes and pasta.  Wonderful for sauteing and roasting seasfoods and poultry, meats such as lamb,  or anything else where a citrus twist is desired.  You can also bake cookies or cakes for a lemon zing and also great over vanilla ice cream.
