Our 2026 Release California Mission is 99.8% Mission and .2% French Picholine.  Estate Grown, hand harvested November 11, 2025 and locally cold pressed within hours of pick, this EVOO was described by the COOC approved blind sensory panel as "dominated by green aromas of green banana, fresh cut green grass and green almond... with layered notes of toasted almonds and shallots.  The profile is robust, with firm bitterness and a sharp, lingering pungency featuring a distinct chili-pepper kick.
