Our 2026 Release California Mission won Silver from the California State Fair. It is 99.8% Mission with a "kiss" of .2% French Picholine.  Estate Grown, hand harvested November 11, 2025 and locally cold pressed within hours of pick, this EVOO was described by the COOC approved blind sensory panel as "dominated by green aromas of green banana, fresh cut green grass and green almond... with layered notes of toasted almonds and shallots.  The profile is robust, with firm bitterness and a sharp, lingering pungency featuring a distinct chili-pepper kick. Robust style." This is our highest polyphenol oil ever with a whopping 733 polyphenol count at the time of bottling. This COOC certified EVOO is bursting with "positive green fruit attributes".
