Our 2026 Release Arbequina-Mission Reserve is a blend of all our estate grown olives: 49.95% Arbequina; 49.95% Mission and .1% French Picholine.   If you loved our recently released Olio Nuovo, you will love the fresh cut grass and garden herb palate of this EVOO. It has the same ratio blend as our Olio Nuovo but now, after naturally racking, it is a beautiful clear golden green.  While we did not enter this blend in the California State Fair, it is entirely a blend of our award winning Best of Class and Gold 100% Arbequina and our Silver Medal California Mission. The oil is firmly robust, with well-balanced bitterness and pungency.  Each olive, picked November 11, 2025, with a Best By date of November 11, 2027, contributes to its complex flavor: grassy and buttery melded with almond and herbaceous front note, followed by a classic EVOO bite and peppery finish from its "very high" polyphenol count of 679 at time of bottling.
