Our 2026 Release 100% Arbequina was hand harvested from our estate on November 9, 2025 and went from tree to cold press mill within hours of pick. After naturally racking, it  was released January 24, 2026 with a Best By date of November 9, 2027. The COOC approved blind sensory panel described this exquisite EVOO as having "green-driven aromas of herbs, green banana and fresh-cut grass dominat[ing] the profile, supported by subtle sweet undertones of cinnamon and vanilla. Each of these front notes is a recognized "positive attribute" of "green" EVOO's.  The oil is firmly robust, with well-balanced bitterness and pungency that lead to a clean, persistent finish. Robust style."  It has a "very high" healthful, anti-inflammatory polyphenol count of 625.
