We start with 100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a healthful polyphenol count of 328 and infuse it with lemon extract oil.  Great jump start for salad dressings or as a dip (particualry with our No-Salt Seasoning) or drizzled over vegetables to sweet potatoes or pasta.  Wonderful for sauteing or roasting seafoods, poultry, meats such as lamb or anything else where a citrus twist is desired.   You can bake cookies or cakes for a lemon zing and great over vanilla ice cream too.
