Our  2025 Released Estate Grown California Mission is an exquisite green and extremely robust with a very high polyphenol count of 722. (The International Olive Council Method rates any EVOO over 550 mg/kg "very high".) It has a grassy front note with hints of green tea, tomato leaf and woodiness, followed by a distinctive bitter bite and lasting pepper finish, the latter two notes from its polyphenol count.  Harvested 11/2024; Released 2/2025; Best By 11/2026.
